We source coffees that are grown at high-altitude under filtered sunlight. Warm days allow the coffee cherries to slowly mature, while cool nights prevent the plant from converting sugar into food. The result is dense, sweet coffees with juicy, vibrant characteristics.
Bright and sweet, with notes of lemon candy, caramel, and toffee. Round and mellow mouthfeel.
