Roc Brewing Co. and Joe Bean Coffee Roasters are modern day artisans of the liquid sciences. These craftsmen pay homage to the rich history and lineage of their trades dating over millennia. Rochester NY has become the epicenter for the newest wave of such long established technologies, where they are fashioning a fresh new vision and culture based upon their respective trades.

Coffee and beer is not a new concept. It is, however, a delicate blend of subtle flavors brought forth in both beverages. Pine, citrus, root vegetable, and fig are all flavors found in both liquid libations. The skill of the craft is to marry the flavors through complementary aromas, taste and ultimately play to the synergies from both the artists. Handcrafted in their respective laboratories, the fusion of flavors is the keystone to the exploratory nature the project possesses.

The reason for such a collaboration is to stretch the boundaries of convention and inevitably the flavor palette. This local co-lab showcases the creative nature within both industries and artistry within the city limits of Rochester, NY. As the name alludes, our project will be a mere ripple in the post-deluge era to come.
